How to read the tables and the calculator
Every figure is in Thai baht for one car, one way. Four car classes sit side by side: Sedan for up to 3 passengers, SUV / MPV for 4, Minibus for 9 and VIP Minibus for 8 in a premium cabin. Capacities count passengers with luggage. Read only the column for your car.
The price is the same in both directions, so the airport to Patong costs what Patong to the airport costs. The tables start from the airport, Phuket Town and Patong. If your two places are not in a table, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote the trip. The calculator at the top of the page shows the same figures for any pair on the list.
What the price includes
- Fuel and tolls.
- The airport pick-up. After an international flight the driver waits at Gate 2 next to Exit 2, and after a domestic flight at Gate A.
- A child seat, at no extra charge.
- Waiting time.
- Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the pick-up.
- The whole car for your group, up to the passenger limit of the class.
The driver follows your flight number, so a late landing does not cancel the pick-up. The service runs 24/7 and the fare is the same at 3 am as at noon. The only extras are the holiday surcharge below and Fast Track, if you choose it. Ferries are not included: the car ferry to Koh Lanta, and any boat or ferry for Khao Sok (for example on Cheow Lan Lake), are paid separately.
Holiday surcharge: 24 December to 5 January
Trips on 24 December to 5 January cost 400 THB more per car. A sedan from the airport to Patong is 1,399 THB on those dates instead of 999 THB. The booking form adds the surcharge when you enter the date, so the total on screen is the total you pay. On every other date the table price is the price.

Count bags as well as people. If you are one over a limit, go up a size. On the island routes the step between classes is 200 to 500 THB per car. The VIP Minibus seats one fewer than the Minibus because of its premium cabin. For golf bags, surfboards or other bulky items, message us before you book. The fleet page compares the four cars.
Long-distance prices
Fares rise with the distance. From the airport a sedan costs 2,199 THB to Khao Lak, 2,999 THB to Khao Sok, 4,599 THB to Krabi, 5,299 THB to Koh Lanta and 5,799 THB to Donsak Pier. The other three cars are in the long-distance table above. Krabi Airport has its own line there too. The car ferry to Koh Lanta and any boat or ferry for Khao Sok are not included in the fares and are paid separately.
- Khao Lak: 80 km, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Khao Sok: 135 km, about 2 hours 20 minutes.
- Krabi: 165 km, about 2 hours 40 minutes.
- Koh Lanta: 205 km, about 3 hours.
- Donsak Pier: 260 km, about 3 hours 30 minutes.

Fast Track is a separate service
Fast Track is an optional service at the airport and works on arrival only. It is not part of the transfer fare, and it does not apply to a trip to the airport. You switch it on in the order form, which shows its price before you confirm, and we ask for passport details after the booking. The transfer itself stays at the fixed price per car.
Phuket taxi price questions
How much is a taxi from Phuket airport to Patong?
A sedan costs 999 THB, an SUV / MPV 1,199 THB, a Minibus 1,499 THB and a VIP Minibus 1,999 THB, for the whole car. Patong is 40 km from the airport, about 1 hour 5 minutes by road. The route has its own Patong page.
Does the fare change with the number of passengers?
No. The car size sets the price. A sedan costs the same with one passenger or three, and you move up to the next class only when the group or the luggage no longer fits.
Do I pay anything on top of the table price?
Only two things can be added: the 400 THB per car holiday surcharge for trips on 24 December to 5 January, and Fast Track if you order it. Fuel, tolls, the airport pick-up, a child seat, waiting time and cancellation up to 6 hours before the pick-up are already in the fare. The car ferry to Koh Lanta and any boat or ferry for Khao Sok are paid separately.
Is the fare the same from my hotel to the airport?
Yes, the same price applies in both directions. The driver comes to your hotel at the agreed time and takes you to the departures hall. Pages for Patong, Karon and Kata explain when to leave.
How much is a return trip?
Each leg is priced from the same tables. In the booking form you tick Return taxi, add the date, time and destination, and the price of the return appears next to the first trip.
How do I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or PayPal when you book. If you prefer another way to pay, ask us on WhatsApp before you book.
Why are the long-distance fares so much higher?
Distance. Khao Lak is 80 km from the airport and Donsak Pier is 260 km, against 16 to 48 km for the island destinations. The long routes are still one price for the whole car.
