Where the driver meets you at Phuket airport
The door depends on the flight you arrived on. After an international flight, go to Gate 2, next to Exit 2. After a domestic flight, go to Gate A. The driver is there for your flight, because he follows the flight number you gave when you booked, so a late landing does not cancel the pick-up.
The service runs 24/7. A flight at 3 am is handled like one at noon, at the same price. Immigration and baggage reclaim come first, and the driver waits through them. Fast Track is optional at the airport and works on arrival only.
The booking needs your flight number and your hotel name, ideally with a map pin. With those two the driver has everything he needs.
West-coast beaches from the airport
The west coast is the long way round: from the airport at the northern end, the car runs south for most of the length of the island. Mai Khao is the exception. It lies right beside the airport, so the drive is short.

Phuket Town, the east coast and the south
Phuket Town is the island's main town and the choice for travellers who prefer a city base to a beach resort. Ao Po Pier on the north-east coast is a departure point for boat trips. Rawai and Panwaburi sit at the southern end, so the car crosses the whole island to reach them.

Long distance: Khao Lak, Khao Sok, Krabi, Koh Lanta and Donsak
Past the island the price is set per route, and it is still per car. Khao Lak is the nearest, on the mainland coast to the north. Donsak Pier is on the mainland too and is the pier for ferries to Koh Samui. Ferry times change, so check the current ones before you choose a pick-up time.

How booking works and what the price covers
- Open the booking form and choose the route and the car.
- Enter your flight number, the hotel name and a map pin if you have one.
- Pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal when you book.
- Meet the driver at Gate 2 or Gate A.
The price includes fuel, tolls, the airport pick-up, a child seat, waiting time and free cancellation up to 6 hours before pick-up. The number of passengers does not change it, only the size of the car does. One date range costs more: trips on 24 December to 5 January carry a holiday surcharge of 400 THB per car.
