Which places does the service cover?
All of Phuket. There are fixed prices from the airport to 21 destinations, from Patong and Kata to Phuket Town, plus longer routes to Khao Lak, Khao Sok, Krabi, Koh Lanta and Donsak Pier. The list with distances and prices is on the airport taxi page.
How do I book a transfer?
Open the booking form, choose the route and the car, add your flight number and your hotel, and pay online. You can also write to us on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
In cash during transfer or by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, paid when you book.
Is the price for the whole car?
Yes. Prices are per car, never per passenger. A sedan costs the same with one passenger or three. The size of the car changes the price, the number of people does not.
What does the price include?
Fuel, tolls, the airport pick-up, a child seat, waiting time and free cancellation up to 6 hours before the pick-up. The only extra is the holiday surcharge below. Ferries are not included: the car ferry to Koh Lanta and any boat or ferry for Khao Sok are paid separately.
Is there a holiday surcharge?
One period costs more: trips on 24 December to 5 January carry a surcharge of 400 THB per car. On every other date the listed price is the price.
Are child seats included?
Yes. A child seat is part of the price, with no extra charge. Put the number and the age of the children in the booking form or in your WhatsApp message, so the right seat is in the car.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancelling is free if you cancel at least 6 hours before the pick-up time. To cancel or change a booking, reply to the confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
Where will the driver meet me at Phuket airport?
After an international flight, at Gate 2 next to Exit 2. After a domestic flight, at Gate A. Photos of both meeting points are on every route page.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands at night?
The driver follows your flight number, so a delay does not cancel the pick-up. The service runs 24/7 at the same price, so a landing at 3 am is handled like one at noon. Waiting time is included in the price.
Is Fast Track available?
Fast Track is optional at the airport and works on arrival only. It is not part of a trip from your hotel to the airport.
How long does the drive from the airport take?
It depends on the destination. Bang Tao is 18 km and about 34 minutes, Patong 40 km and about 1 hour 5 minutes, Kata Beach 46 km and about 1 hour 15 minutes. The airport is at the northern end of the island, so the beaches in the south take the longest.
Can you take me from my hotel to the airport?
Yes. The driver comes to your hotel at the agreed time and drops you at the departures hall. Give the hotel name, a map pin and your flight time when you book. There are pages for Patong, Karon, Kata, Kamala, Nai Harn, Phuket Town and Mai Khao. For other areas, ask us on WhatsApp.
Which car do I need for my group?
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage and an SUV or MPV up to 4. A minibus takes up to 9, and a VIP minibus takes up to 8 in a premium cabin. If you are one over a limit, go up a size. The fleet page compares the four.
What if I have a lot of luggage or bulky equipment?
The car sizes are given as passengers with luggage. For golf bags, surfboards, bicycles or anything unusual, send us a message on WhatsApp before you book so we can match the car to the load.
How much is a taxi to Krabi, Khao Lak or Koh Lanta?
From the airport, a sedan costs 2,199 THB to Khao Lak (80 km, about 1 hour 30 minutes), 4,599 THB to Krabi (165 km, about 2 hours 40 minutes) and 5,299 THB to Koh Lanta (205 km, about 3 hours). SUV / MPV, minibus and VIP minibus prices are higher and are listed on each route page.
Do you drive to the ferry pier at Donsak?
Yes. Donsak Pier is 260 km from the airport, about 3 hours 30 minutes by road, from 5,799 THB for a sedan. Ferry times change, so check the current ones with the ferry operator before you choose a pick-up time. The route page is airport to Donsak.
Can I hire a car with a driver for a day?
Yes. A 10-hour day costs 2,899 THB in a sedan, 3,099 THB in an SUV / MPV, 3,199 THB in a minibus and 3,999 THB in a VIP minibus. Each extra hour is 400 THB. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and the places you want to visit. More is on the car with driver page.
