Who the sedan suits
One, two or three people with ordinary luggage. A couple with two suitcases is a typical booking. Three adults fit too, provided the bags do: the limit is 3 passengers with luggage, and the luggage counts as much as the people.
On a short route the sedan is the cheapest private option in the service. Four travellers do not fit, even with small bags. For four, the SUV / MPV at 1,199 THB is the right size, only 200 THB more than the sedan. The SUV and MPV page covers it.
Sedan prices on popular routes
These are sedan prices from Phuket airport. Fuel, tolls and the airport pick-up are included, and the number of passengers in the car does not change the price.

Count the bags before you choose
The 3-passenger limit includes the luggage, so bulky items count: a pram, sports gear, a second large case for a traveller. If your load looks heavy, take the next size up instead of hoping it all goes in. Tell us about bulky items on WhatsApp before the trip and we will tell you which car is right.
A sedan class car is what you book. We do not promise a particular model. For example, it may be a Toyota Camry or a similar car, and what stays fixed is the class and the limit of 3 passengers.
Meeting the driver at the airport
The driver follows your flight number, so a late landing does not cancel the pick-up. International arrivals meet him at Gate 2 next to Exit 2. Domestic arrivals meet him at Gate A. The service runs 24/7, and a 3 am arrival costs the same as a midday one.
Going back to the airport works the other way round. The driver comes to your hotel at the time you agree and drops you at the departures hall. Fast Track at the airport is optional and available on arrival only.
Longer rides and a car for the day
A sedan also works for the long routes in the table, such as Khao Lak at 80 km or Krabi at 165 km, when you travel light. The price rises with distance and stays the same however many of you ride.

How many people fit in a sedan taxi in Phuket?
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage. For 4 passengers choose the SUV / MPV, for 5 to 9 the minibus.
Does the sedan price change with the number of passengers?
No. The price is for the car on that route, from 999 THB on the short routes. One passenger and three passengers cost the same.
Is a sedan enough for a couple with two large suitcases?
Yes, that is the usual sedan booking. If you also have bulky items, such as sports equipment or a pram, write to us before booking or go up to the SUV / MPV.
Does a sedan taxi cost more at night?
No. The service runs 24/7 at the same fixed price. The only extra is the holiday surcharge of 400 THB per car for trips on 24 December to 5 January.
Can I book a sedan with a driver for a full day?
Yes, ask for a quote on WhatsApp with your date, route and start time. Day hire is not on the fixed price list.
