You book the class, SUV / MPV, with one price and one limit of 4 passengers with luggage. The vehicle that arrives is either type. As an example, a Toyota Fortuner is an SUV and a Toyota Innova an MPV. We do not promise a model, so if you need a specific body type, say so on WhatsApp before you book.
Arriving with children after a long flight
Immigration and baggage reclaim can take a while with a family. The driver follows your flight number, so a delay or a slow queue at passport control does not cancel the pick-up.
International arrivals meet the driver at Gate 2 next to Exit 2. Domestic arrivals use Gate A. Fast Track is optional and available on arrival only.

How much more is the SUV / MPV than a sedan?
On the short routes it is 1,199 THB against 999 THB for the sedan, so 200 THB more. To Khao Lak, Krabi and Koh Lanta the gap is 300 THB.
Are four adults with four suitcases too much for this car?
Four passengers is the limit, and luggage counts toward it. Four adults with four large suitcases is a full car. If you are unsure, move up to the minibus rather than squeeze.
Is the price the same at night and at weekends?
Yes. The service runs 24/7 at a fixed price per car. Only trips on 24 December to 5 January have the holiday surcharge of 400 THB per car.
