What is inside the price
Fuel, tolls and the airport pick-up are in the fixed price, so there is no meter and no extra line at the end of the ride. The driver waits for you at Gate 2 next to Exit 2 after an international flight, or at Gate A after a domestic one, and he tracks your flight number. If the plane runs late, the booking still stands.
You pay when you book, by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Fast Track at the airport is an optional extra for arrivals. It is not part of the transfer price.
Why the price does not move with traffic
The 47 km to Rawai goes through the busiest part of the island, around Phuket Town and Chalong. A metered fare keeps growing while the car sits in traffic. With a fixed price a slow stretch costs you nothing extra.
The same goes for the hour. A 3 am landing and a midday landing cost the same, and so does a Saturday and a Tuesday. Two things change the amount: the size of the car and, on a few dates, the holiday surcharge below.

Two cars are rarely cheaper than one bigger car. Two SUV / MPVs for eight people would come to 2,398 THB, while one minibus is 1,499 THB. Check the car limits first: a sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage, an SUV / MPV up to 4, a minibus up to 9.
When the price is higher
Trips on 24 December to 5 January carry a surcharge of 400 THB per car. For Rawai that makes a sedan 1,399 THB, an SUV or MPV 1,599 THB, a minibus 1,899 THB and a VIP minibus 2,399 THB. On other dates there is no surcharge.

Questions about this transfer
Is 999 THB the price per passenger?
No. It is the price of the sedan. Whether one, two or three passengers ride in it, the amount stays 999 THB. A larger car costs more because it is a larger car.
Do I pay extra for luggage?
The price belongs to the car, and the capacity limits already count luggage: a sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage. If you have more bags than that, move up a size.
Does the price rise if the traffic is bad?
No. The amount is fixed when you book, and fuel and tolls are in it. A slow drive through Phuket Town does not add anything.
What does a Rawai transfer cost around New Year?
