What the price covers on departure day
The driver collects you at your Karon hotel at the time agreed in the booking and drives the 43 km to the airport. Fuel and tolls are in the price, and so is the drop-off at the departures hall of your terminal. Nothing is added for early or late hours.
You pay when you book, by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, so nothing is left to settle at the kerb.
Why a known price helps before a flight
With a flight to catch, the last thing you want is a total that depends on how the road behaves. A fixed price per car removes that question. A slow stretch near Chalong Circle changes your arrival time, not the amount you pay. The number of passengers does not change it either, only the car size.

Choosing the car when the bags have grown
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage and an SUV or MPV up to 4. The minibus takes up to 9 and the VIP minibus up to 8 in a premium cabin. Souvenirs and a second suitcase can tip a group over a limit, so count the bags on the last night. A step up from the sedan to the SUV or MPV is 200 THB. A step from the minibus to the VIP minibus is 500 THB.
When something cheaper exists
A public bus or shared van usually costs less for a traveller on their own with a single bag, and a flight late in the day leaves time for the extra stops.
