How booking works in four steps
- Route and car: Phuket airport is already chosen as the start. Pick the destination, or change the start for a trip from your hotel. The form shows the distance, the approximate drive time and the price of each of the four cars. Choose one.
- Date, time, flight and hotel: Enter the date and time. For a pick-up at the airport add your flight number, the name the driver will hold on a sign, and the hotel name or address. Then the number of adults, children and bags. If the group is bigger than the car, the form tells you. Here you can also switch on Fast Track, and tick Return taxi to add a second trip with its own date, time and place.
- Contact details: Your name, email and phone number with the country code, plus a comments box for anything we should know. A summary of the trip and the price appears before you send it.
- Payment: Pay in cash, by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. A confirmation with the details of the pick-up goes to the email you entered.
If the date falls between 24 December and 5 January, the form adds the holiday surcharge of 400 THB per car and says so on screen. All fares are on the price page.
What to have ready
- Your flight number if you land at Phuket airport, so the driver can follow the arrival.
- The hotel, condo or villa name, or an address. For a hard-to-find place, a map pin helps; send it on WhatsApp or write it in the comments.
- The number of adults and children, and how many bags you carry.
- The name you want on the driver's sign.
- An email address you check and a phone number with the country code.
- Your return date, time and place, if you want the round trip in one order.

Where you meet the driver at Phuket airport
After an international flight, the driver waits at Gate 2, next to Exit 2. After a domestic flight, the meeting point is at Gate A. Come out of the terminal with your bags and look for the sign with the name you gave in the form. The driver follows your flight number, so a delay does not cancel the pick-up.
Going the other way? The driver collects you at the hotel at the agreed time and drops you at the departures hall. Book a trip to the airport by choosing your area as the start and the airport as the destination.
Long-distance and other trips
The form includes the long routes: Khao Lak, Khao Sok, Krabi, Koh Lanta and Donsak Pier, all at fixed prices per car. Check the route page for the trip you plan.
If your start or end is not on the list, or you want several stops, message us on WhatsApp and we will give you a price. A car with a driver for a day is a separate service, see car with driver. A return between two points that are not paired in the form is also arranged by message.
Booking questions
Can I book a taxi to the airport in the same form?
Yes. Choose your area as the start and Phuket airport as the destination, then give the date, the pick-up time, and the hotel name or address. The driver comes to the hotel at that time and drops you at the departures hall.
Can I add a return trip?
Yes. Tick Return taxi in the second step, then add the return date, time, destination and pick-up place. The form shows the price of the return trip, and a total for both trips when the return is priced in the form.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you want to pay another way, ask us on WhatsApp before you book.
What happens after I send the booking?
A confirmation goes to the email address you entered, with instructions for the pick-up. Check the spelling of the address and the phone number before you send.
What if my group is bigger than the car?
The form warns you when the passengers exceed the car's limit. Choose a bigger class, or write the details in the comments. For a large group, message us on WhatsApp and we will plan the cars with you.
Can I order Fast Track with the taxi?
Yes, for a pick-up at the airport only. In the second step, answer Yes to the Fast Track question and the form shows its price. It is a separate price from the transfer, and we ask for passport details after the booking.
